The Concept

Attitude® was created by 2 Lebanese HR practitioners who believe in positioning Human Resources as a profession in the Lebanese market. This requires going back to basics in practice: fulfilling the core disciplines of HR – Recruitment and Selection, HR Development, and Compensation and Benefits – in all 3 roles: strategic, operational, and administrative.

Competencies, knowledge, and skills are essential for organizations to accomplish their mission and remain competitive; feeling, thinking, and doing are instrumental for employees to achieve organizational objectives and desired business results. Accordingly, competencies and feeling, knowledge and thinking, and skills and doing go together and define Attitude®: the cornerstone of organizational development and effectiveness.

The Company

Since its foundation in 2011, Attitude® has been dedicated to the profession of Human Resources; it believes in a practical approach to HR and serves the needs of organizations by offering consultancy in core HR disciplines: Recruitment and Selection, Employee Development, Organizational Development and Effectiveness, and Compensation and Benefits.

Academic Credentials:

  • Executive Doctorate in Business Administration with Paris-Dauphine University in Paris (in process).
  • MBA from St. Joseph University in Beirut and the Universities of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris-Dauphine in Paris.
  • Certified Return on Investment (ROI) Professional (CRP) from the ROI Institute in the United States and Certified Occupational Test User (COTU) from the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Professional Credentials:

  • Over 15 years of experience in the field.
  • Currently Director of HR Levant at Philip Morris International.
  • Currently Advisor for HR for the Lebanese Red Cross.
  • Previously Senior HR with Landmark, Khalil Fattal et Fils, Azadea, and Indevco.

Academic Credentials:

  • Masters in Economics from St. Joseph University in Beirut.
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Development Dimensions International (DDI) from the United States and Certified Psychometric Testing from SHL and the British Psychological Society.
